I happened upon this site for photo editing online. It's from the people who brought you Picnik. For those who do not know, Picnik is now Google's and you can still use it through Picasa. Or through Google+'s creative kit although I have not been able to find the creative kit. :p If you do not have a Google+ account then you should try PicMonkey. :) (Note: I think for certain features you might have to pay for membership.)
